As a survivor of many kinds of abuse, and after many years of research and training, I am now on a mission. My mission is to empower people through my life saving program, that enables them to overcome their fears, by giving them the knowledge to protect themselves and their families and to give victims back their power.
I have taken my self defense program to another level of learning, which has been designed to benefit women, youth, children, and all genders plus it I have made it a safe experience and environment for all. I cover subject as: grooming, internet predators, 6 types of abuse, suicide, no means no, purse, and house safety plus a lot more.
